Anatomic Pathology

  • Histology (tissue processing, slide preparation), licensed histotechnologist on staff.
  • 24-hour specimen turnaround.
  • Immunohistochemistry
  • Special stains
  • In-house medical transcription services are available.
  • Licensed pathologist on staff for case sign-out or consultations.

Cytology (GYN and Non-GYN)

  • Specializing in Women’s Health.
  • Multiple slide preparation options are available, including Thin Prep, cell blocks, and Non-GYN smears.
  • Licensed cytotechnologist on staff for case screening, required abnormal cytology tracking, and routine Q.C.

 Dermatopathology

  • Licensed Dermatopathologist on staff for case sign-out or consultation on pigmented lesions.
  • Overnight express shipment to and from our facility is provided for clients out of the area at our expense. We also provide shipping labels and mailing containers.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is used in histology to detect the presence of a specific protein marker that can assist with accurate tumor classification and diagnosis.
